At 303 Cart Barn, we stand by the quality of our golf carts and accessories. Please review our return policy carefully, as we do not accept returns on most items.

Accessory Returns

• Only defective accessory products are eligible for return.

• Defective accessory returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

• Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Golf Cart Returns

• All golf cart sales are final — carts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If you experience an issue with your cart, please visit our shop and speak with a manager.

• Returns or solutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in-store only, at the discretion of management.

Sales Finality Disclaimer

Once a purchase has been completed, you may not cancel the order for any reason. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after completing a transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service. In the event of a chargeback, you will remain fully liable for the original purchase amount, shipping costs, transaction fees, and any additional fees incurred as a result of the dispute process.

You agree to be responsible for all charges related to your purchase, including but not limited to the cost of the product, shipping and handling, taxes, and any applicable service fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• All non-defective items, custom orders, and special-order products are not eligible for return.

• Used, modified, or damaged products outside of normal use cannot be returned.
